By simply tapping the play button, users can follow their customized training routines in sequence. The app offers features to set countdown time, repetitions per set, number of sets, duration per repetition, and break times, enhancing workout flexibility and convenience.
In the free version, users can create one list and two training routines. To unlock unlimited training routines, up to 20 lists, and remove ads, users have the option to upgrade to the premium version within the app.
